All items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-Designed Products

Custom-designed or personalized items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

These items must also meet the general return criteria (unused and in original condition) to be eligible for return.
